Open up the 'World of Warcraft' DATA directory. The default directory is 'C:World of Warcraft 3.3.5aData' Place the patch-7.mpq file here. By far the easiest thing to do is download any windows copy of the game (it's 100% the same as mac) and then find a mac version of just the 'World of Warcraft' file that launches the game. I believe on a PC it's called 'wow.exe' or something, and on mac it's 'World of Warcraft.app'. The mac version of the file should be only a 14-29mb download.
